Foundation White is an 80-mesh opaque vitreous enamel powder offering a clean, bright tone that lays down evenly and fires to a smooth surface. As an opaque enamel, it provides full coverage and is well suited for cloisonnﾃｩ, champlevﾃｩ and painterly layering over copper, silver or gold. Specifically formulated as a base or undercoat enamel, providing an even foundation for subsequent color layers. This enamel is lead-free. Supplied as a fine powder, net weight 60 g, packed in a 60 mm round tin.
