Opalescent White is an 80-mesh transparent vitreous enamel powder offering a clean, bright tone that lays down evenly and fires to a smooth surface. As a transparent enamel, it is at its best applied over metal foils (gold or silver) or polished copper, where the underlying reflection gives the color its depth. This enamel is acid-resistant. An opalescent enamel that develops a soft, milky sheen when fired, giving depth and luminosity. This enamel is lead-free. Supplied as a fine powder, net weight 60 g, packed in a 60 mm round tin.
